The Lister Shearing Surgical A2S/AC Pet Clipper Blade clips very close to the skin and is suitable for surgical preparation.

For removing the tips of horns from mature cattle, goats and sheep
To avoid severe bleeding, cut the horn in small increments
The wire should be secured tightly between the 2 handles
Only use the segment of wire for a single cut
Cut 2 ft. to 3 ft. in length of horn saw wire from the spool and attach the OB wire handles to each end
Using the handles, make long, smooth pulls in each direction until the cut is complete
Always use a new piece of wire for each cut made and wear protective gloves during used
