Shipping policy

All shipments by FedEx Ground and UPS Ground are shipped to you free of charge within the continental U.S., with the exception of a $6.98 handling fee per order.

Orders or portion of orders that are too large or heavy that cannot be sent by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground will be shipped by freight. These items will need to be sent to a commercially zoned business as determined by the freight delivery company. In the even you wish for the freight item to be delivered to a non-commercially zoned delivery address you will be responsible for fees and charges as charged by the carrier for a lift gate, forklift or additional people to maneuver the product/s. In some rare instances, there might not be enough room for a large truck to enter or turn around in your neighborhood which means getting the products to your "door" may require special handling. To request a freight delivery to a residence and to find out what the additional cost might be, please call 1- (888) 859-2510. We will advise you of any additional shipping costs and get your consent in advance whenever possible.

We intend to ship all orders within 72 hours (except weekends and holidays) of receiving your order but this is not always possible for reasons including products availability and unanticipated problems.

Belowcostproducts.com does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date or time as this is set in accordance with the schedules of the shipping companies used.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the USA)
International shipping is available to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout by USPS (such as Priority Mail International) based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes and import fees charged by the destination country. Products shipped internationally are not eligible for return.
