Safe-Guard Dewormer Paste is highly effective at treating and controlling a wide range of worms in beef and dairy cattle. This dewormer is made with fenbendazole, a medication that inhibits the metabolism of energy within parasites. Because Safe-Guard goes straight to the gut, it's able to kill worms in as little as one day. It can be paired with an additional dewormer to maximize efficacy.

• Safe-Guard (fenbendazole) Paste is given orally to beef and dairy cattle as a cattle worming medicine
• The dose is 5 mg fenbendazole/kg (2.3 mg/lb.) or 5 g Safe-Guard (fenbendazole) Paste per 220 lb. body weight (100 kg)
• Each full depression of the dispensing gun trigger delivers approximately 5 g Safe-Guard (fenbendazole) Paste
• This cattle wormer should be used only with Safe-Guard dosing equipment
• Administer cattle dewormer according to the following by cattle weight in lb.: 220 lb. = 1 depression = 58 head treated by 1 tube
• Under conditions of continued exposure to parasites, retreatment may be needed after 4-6 weeks
• There are no known contraindications to the use of the drug in cattle
• In dairy cattle, there is no milk withdrawal period
